Support end-to-end commercial performance across Merchandising & Supply Chain 

Commercial performance is central to Pandora’s ability to deliver strong financial results and disciplined execution. As Specialist, Merchandising Commercial Performance, you will support the full commercial performance cycle — ensuring that sell-out targets, LfL ambitions, and budget commitments are tracked with precision, transparency, and analytical rigor. 

You will drive structured performance analysis, support forecasting processes, and translate retail KPIs into clear insights and recommendations. You will work closely with Merchandising, Supply Chain, Commercial Finance, and market teams, helping strengthen financial visibility, trade discipline, and data‑driven decision-making. 

 

You will join an international and collaborative team within Global Merchandising and report directly to the Manager, Merchandising Commercial Performance. In this role, you will be a key contributor in elevating how Pandora monitors and steers commercial performance across markets.   

 

Your accountabilities will be to: 

Trade Performance Steering 

• Support coordination of Weekly Trade and Post‑Mortem forums 
• Prepare and maintain total business performance tracking materials 
• Analyze sell‑out performance, retail KPIs, and promotional impact 
• Provide structured insights and recommendations for commercial decisions 
• Contribute to building trade proficiency across Merchandising & Supply Chain 

 

Sell-Out Intelligence & Dashboard Support 

• Support governance and updates of the ATHENA Sell-Out Dashboard 
• Monitor performance trends and highlight risks and opportunities 
• Coordinate issue resolution and minor dashboard enhancements 
• Ensure dashboard data remains aligned with operating model changes 

 

Financial Planning & Forecasting 

• Support monthly top‑down collection budget reforecasting 
• Prepare and consolidate inputs for collection forecasting forums 
• Assist in preparing and distributing annual budget packs (Y+1 cycle) 

 

Commercial Analysis & Trade-Off Support 

• Conduct trade-off analyses aligned with revenue and margin targets 
• Track LfL performance and variances across forecasts 
• Monitor forecast accuracy and highlight performance gaps 

 

  

Effective contributor in a global commercial performance function 

We imagine that you bring strong analytical capabilities, commercial understanding, and experience working with sell-out performance and financial metrics. You enjoy working with data, transforming complexity into clarity, and supporting stakeholders across functions and levels. You thrive in a dynamic environment and bring structure, curiosity, and precision to your work. 

 

You likely bring: 

• 3–6 years of experience in Commercial Finance, Trade Merchandising, FP&A, Planning, or related roles 
• Experience analyzing sell‑out performance, retail KPIs, margin drivers, and revenue trends 
• Exposure to forecasting processes (MFP, collection forecasting, reforecasting cycles) 
• Experience with cluster budgets, latest estimates, and financial tracking 
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel / financial modelling capabilities 
• Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI) 
• Experience working cross‑functionally with Merchandising, Supply Chain, Finance, and markets 
• Understanding of trade calendar mechanics and product performance drivers 
• Structured and detail‑oriented mindset 
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to challenge constructively 
• Clear communication skills with the ability to simplify complex analyses 
• Adaptability and comfort working in dynamic environments 

 

Education 

Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
