Drive alignment, clarity, and momentum across Merch & Supply Chain
As Specialist, Merch & Supply Chain Strategy, you will help activate and embed Pandora’s end‑to‑end Merchandising & Supply Chain strategy. You will support communication, governance, and initiative execution — ensuring priorities are clear, progress is transparent, and teams are aligned around shared goals.
You will report to the Manager, Merch & Supply Chain Strategy & Intelligence and collaborate closely with stakeholders across clusters, Supply Chain, Crafting & Supply, and Digital & Technology.
What you will do
Strategic communication & alignment
• Translate strategic priorities into clear, accessible narratives
• Prepare executive‑ready presentations and townhall materials
• Maintain communication rhythms and ensure consistent messaging
Culture, onboarding & capability enablement
• Support onboarding and capability‑building activities
• Reinforce shared ways of working and engagement initiatives
Initiative & roadmap leadership
• Translate strategy into initiative plans with milestones and KPIs
• Lead cross‑functional initiatives and manage risks, progress, and alignment
Portfolio governance
• Maintain the integrated portfolio view and tracking tools
• Prepare governance forums and highlight performance gaps
Planning drumbeat & operational integration
• Drive annual planning milestones and maintain the functional calendar
• Connect strategic initiatives to merchandising and supply chain operations
What you bring
• 3–5 years of experience in strategy execution, transformation, consulting, or portfolio management
• Experience leading cross‑functional initiatives
• Strong communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
• Structured, analytical approach with strong project management capability
• Exposure to Merchandising, Demand Planning, Buying, or Supply Chain (a plus)
• Comfort working in dynamic, fast‑paced environments
• Fluency in PowerPoint, Excel, and collaboration tools (e.g., Miro, planning platforms)
• Degree in business, strategy, supply chain, economics, or similar
