Drive Inventory Success Across Global Retail Locations 

As an Inventory Planner, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring optimal stock levels across multiple retail locations worldwide. Your expertise in setting collection parameters such as Weeks of Coverage (WOC), managing NPI readiness, and overseeing stock performance will directly support Pandora’s commercial, supply chain, and merchandising goals. 

Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will use data-driven insights to manage replenishment, identify risks, track distribution center (DC) constraints, and ensure stores have the right products at the right time. Your work will have a direct impact on availability, customer experience, and operational efficiency across markets. 

  

Key Responsibilities 

Collection Parameter Setting 

  • Define and maintain WOC, minimums, and display settings across collections. 

  • Validate SKU minimums, launch packs, and display quantities for new product introductions (NPI). 

  • Ensure all DVs are allocated and received before launch to secure full NPI readiness. 

 

Stock Performance & Availability 

  • Monitor OSAWOCsell-out forecast accuracysell-in, and stock health across clusters and stores. 

  • Identify risks such as low stock, high in-transit volumes, or capacity constraints, and drive corrective actions with GEO squads. 

  • Track DC constraints, recovery timelines, and back-in-stock items. 

 

Replenishment, Constraints & Allocation 

  • Conduct weekly DC constraint analysis and adjust replenishment and allocations accordingly. 

  • Collaborate with allocation teams to align replenishment strategies with WOC targets. 

  • Proactively manage inventory risks during new launches or limited supply scenarios. 

 

Returns, Remelt & Rebalancing 

  • Estimate and coordinate return volumes with clusters and DCs. 

  • Support remelt planning in collaboration with Finance and Supply teams. 

  • Lead stock transfers and rebalancing of discontinued or novelty items to optimize store capacity and minimize waste. 

 

Data & Reporting 

  • Maintain KPI frameworks and ensure data accuracy across systems. 

  • Develop clear, actionable reporting to support commercial and operational decision-making. 

  • Train and support stakeholders in interpreting and using inventory KPIs. 

  

Key Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field. 

  • 3–5 years of experience in inventory planning, merchandising, or supply chain roles. 

  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities. 

  • Experience collaborating with global stakeholders. 

  • Proficiency with Excel and digital planning tools. 

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
