Drive Inventory Success Across Global Retail Locations
As a Specialist, Inventory Planning, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring optimal stock levels across multiple retail locations. Your expertise in managing inventory parameters, addressing distribution center constraints, and planning for new store openings will directly support Pandora’s commercial and visual merchandising goals.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll use data-driven insights to set key collection parameters, manage replenishment strategies, and support inventory optimization to meet both sales and customer satisfaction objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Collection Parameter Setting:

Define and maintain inventory parameters to ensure optimal stock levels.

Collaborate with visual merchandising teams to align inventory with display requirements.

Work with merchandising teams to optimize assortment planning based on local demand and store capacity.
Replenishment and Allocation:
-
Plan for seasonal inventory adjustments and align with promotional calendars.
Distribution Center Management:

Manage inventory flow during peak shipment weeks, addressing distribution center constraints.

Coordinate shipments and develop contingency plans for high-demand periods.
Data Analysis and Reporting:

Monitor key metrics such as WOC and on-shelf availability (OSA%), adjusting strategies based on performance data.

Prepare and present reports on inventory levels, replenishment effectiveness, and new store performance.
Collaboration and Optimization:

Work closely with merchandising, supply chain, and logistics teams to align inventory plans with business goals.

Continuously improve inventory management processes and leverage forecasting tools to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
Analysis

Analyze Inventory levels weekly to ensure proactive mitigation of any risk to availability
Key Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Finance, or Economics.

3-5 years of experience in inventory planning, merchandising planning, or similar. Experience in retail is highly preferred.

Experience from a global organization
-
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint).

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
-
Fluency in English.
