About the Role
As Specialist, HR Business Partnering, you will play a key role in our Global Office HR team, supporting our HR Director and partnering with leaders to deliver a proactive and flexible HR partnering experience. You will contribute to organisational reviews, advise leaders on people-related topics, and help execute annual HR processes such as performance reviews, talent reviews, and salary review. This is an opportunity to make an impact in a global organisation while developing your HR expertise. In addition, you will:

Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on people-related topics, including performance and development conversations.

Provide support and guidance on day-to-day queries and people cases.

Support organisational change and contribute to improving HR operational efficiencies.

Own annual HR processes such as performance reviews, talent reviews, and salary review.

Ensure accurate people data and support with reporting and forecasting.

Coordinate and update HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and fairness

Work closely with HR colleagues on projects that enhance employee experience and engagement.

Partner with stakeholders to align HR priorities with business needs.

Your Profile

Relevant experience from positions such as HR Business Partner, HR Consultant or HR Specialist

Solid understanding of HR processes and basic employment law.

Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.

Experience with HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors) and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Comfortable working independently and driving tasks to completion.
