Your mission: Partner with the Global eCommerce Trading Manager to help deliver and optimise Pandora’s global eCommerce trading performance, ensuring alignment, consistency, and data-driven decision-making across our digital ecosystem.
In this role, you’ll report to the Global eCommerce Trading Manager and collaborate closely with local markets and global teams to support the planning, execution, performance management and tracking of high-impact trading initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Support the preparation and facilitation of global eCommerce trading forums by compiling performance reports, surfacing key insights, and tracking follow-up actions
- Assist in the day-to-day coordination of digital trade initiatives, including promotions, new product launches, and commercial campaigns, ensuring timely and effective execution
- Monitor onsite and offsite performance metrics (e.g., revenue, traffic, conversion, AOV) and support analysis to identify commercial opportunities and risks
- Work with global and local teams to maintain visibility and alignment on key digital activities, helping ensure consistency across markets
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying inefficiencies in trading processes and supporting enhancements to ways of working
- Help document and share best practices and key learnings to support knowledge-sharing across the eCommerce community
- Maintain trading calendars and trackers to support effective planning and execution
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as CRM, Marketing, Content, and Merchandising to support execution of commercial moments
- Stay up to date on market and consumer trends to help identify new opportunities
What you’ll bring
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated self-starter who is eager to learn and grow in a global eCommerce environment. You bring a commercial mindset, strong analytical thinking, and a collaborative spirit that thrives in a cross-functional team. You are an open-minded problem solver, able to quickly respond to requests or changes and you bring others along with you through strong relationships and clear communication.
You’ll ideally bring:
- A strong interest in eCommerce, digital performance, and trading strategies (previous experience in eCommerce is a plus)
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, changing and fast-paced environment
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret numbers and translate them into actionable insights
- Understanding of key digital commerce drivers (e.g., pricing, assortment, content, campaign performance)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both global and local stakeholders
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, with working knowledge of Power BI and digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
- A deep understanding of end-to-end digital journeys and how to optimize across the funnel
- Strong prioritization skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives with clarity and focus
- A growth mindset of continuous improvement, always questioning how things can be done better, smarter, and more efficiently
