Specialist, Global eCommerce & AI Digital Selling
Ready to shape the economic engine behind Pandora’s AI‑powered digital commerce transformation?
As our Specialist, Global eCommerce & AI Digital Selling, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving Pandora’s AI Digital Selling programme — a multi‑year initiative designed to redefine how customers engage with our brand across service, selling, and commerce experiences. Based at our Copenhagen HQ, this role offers a unique opportunity to combine analytical rigour with strategic influence, ensuring Pandora’s AI ambitions are grounded in clear economics, robust value tracking, and decision‑grade insights.
AI innovation meets economic clarity
In this role, you will own the economic backbone of Pandora’s AI Digital Selling programme. You’ll build and evolve the programme business case, establish strong value‑tracking methodologies, and ensure alignment with Commercial Finance on funding, cost programmes, and EBIT‑neutrality commitments. Your work will provide the transparency, credibility, and analytical depth needed to guide prioritisation and maintain trust with senior leadership.
You’ll also develop programme‑level analytics and performance insights, enabling cross‑functional teams to make informed decisions and ensuring leadership has a clear view of progress, risks, and opportunities. This is a high‑leverage role that sits at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and financial stewardship.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Programme business case ownership
- Building, maintaining, and evolving the end‑to‑end AI Digital Selling business case, including assumptions, phasing, sensitivities, and multi‑year outlook.
Finance & cost programme alignment
- Acting as the primary interface to Commercial Finance.
- Aligning value tracking with cost programmes, funding release models, and EBIT‑neutrality commitments.
Value tracking & realisation
- Defining and running methodologies to measure cost savings, revenue impact, and value realisation across Customer Care, PVA, GEO, and experimentation initiatives.
Programme analytics & performance insight
- Developing programme‑level analytics, dashboards, and scorecards, including GEO‑related performance analytics and cross‑workstream views.
Decision & prioritisation support
- Providing structured analyses, scenarios, and recommendations to support leadership decisions, trade‑offs, and initiative sequencing.
Governance & executive reporting support
- Contributing analytical input to steering forums, ELT updates, and funding discussions, ensuring clarity, consistency, and credibility.
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:
- Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or similar
- 3–5+ years of experience in analytics, strategy, finance, consulting, or digital performance roles
- Proven experience building and managing complex business cases
- Experience working with Finance and senior stakeholders in a matrix organisation
- Exposure to digital, ecommerce, or AI‑driven initiatives strongly preferred
Furthermore, we hope to see that you have:
- Strong structured thinking and problem‑solving skills
- High degree of ownership and accountability
- Ability to operate confidently in ambiguity and evolving contexts
- Clear, concise communicator with senior stakeholder presence
- Comfortable challenging assumptions with data and logic
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and financial/analytical tooling
Your new team
You’ll join Pandora’s Global eCommerce, Analytics & Insights team — a forward‑thinking group dedicated to shaping the future of digital commerce. From our Copenhagen HQ, we collaborate across functions and markets to deliver innovative solutions that enhance customer experience and drive business growth. You will report into the Senior Manager, AI Digital Selling Programme.
