As Specialist, Global Workforce Management - Interim, you will play an important role in improving and optimising how we plan, forecast, and analyse labour across our owned and operated retail stores globally.
You’ll work closely with stakeholders across Retail Operations, Finance, HR, Digital Technology and Analytics to support smarter, data-led staffing decisions, making a real impact on how we deliver the Pandora store experience to customers around the world. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong analytical capabilities who enjoys working cross-functionally and is motivated by continuous improvement.
Your key responsibilities will include:

Assists in the continuous improvements of the WFM system, including collecting information to deliver processes, system configuration, reports, scoping of additional functionalities and training.

Closely collaborate with Global Finance, fellow Global WFM Specialists, Local Leadership and Analysts to ensure cohesive labor forecasting, deployment, and reporting to drive business staffing decisions.

Supports the on-going field adoption evaluation of the WFM system, flagging enhancements and updates needs.

Build a relationship with the WFM vendor to provide tactical feedback.

As a reporting expert, the role will provide ongoing education and support to the field and store teams on how to analyze labor related data and optimization.

Provides tactical insights on wage expenditure through future and retrospective analysis.

Works closely with Owned and Operated stores’ leadership team, commercial finance team, and HR, to provide critical financial and strategic analysis support, both on routine and ad hoc reporting.

Analyzes the allocation of payroll hours and scheduling processes to identify areas of opportunity for improvement and makes suggestions for operational changes assessing their projected impact.

Makes recommendations to improve the payroll budget and forecasting processes.

Completing additional ad hoc analysis and tasks as needed

You’ll likely be a great fit if you have:

3-5 years of experience in the retail industry is highly preferred

Prior experience with a retail scheduling system preferred

Understanding of payroll and scheduling processes and best practices

Strong analytical skills and the ability to navigate large data sets from multiple sources is a must.

Outstanding Excel and Power Query skillsets are mandatory; any additional data skills such as Power BI and Python are highly preferred.

Strong quantitative skills - a good sense of how to identify opportunities, solutions and the ability to "connect the dots"

Ability to train and coach others and the ability to work cross functionally, specifically with finance and HR partners

Prior experience managing vendor relationships is preferred
