As our new Specialist, Global Retail Strategy Planning & Deployment, you’ll play a key role in driving strategic initiatives that elevate Pandora’s omnichannel and in-store experience globally. Based at our Copenhagen HQ, this role offers a unique opportunity to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, ensuring our vision is brought to life across markets.
Strategy meets collaboration and impact
In this role, you will act as a subject-matter expert on omnichannel and in-store experience initiatives, providing insights and guidance across cross-functional projects. You’ll support the conception, shaping, and delivery of strategic initiatives connected to GREX, develop compelling presentations that translate complex topics into clear narratives, and foster alignment between global and cluster stakeholders.
You’ll also lead smaller initiatives independently, manage timelines and deliverables, and contribute to continuous improvement by bringing forward new ideas and ways of working. As Pandora Connect Community Lead, you’ll build and nurture a global network of stakeholders, drive engagement, and facilitate best-practice sharing to strengthen collaboration and adoption of retail tools.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the development and deployment of strategic initiatives with a strong omnichannel focus
- Creating clear, visually compelling presentations that simplify complex topics for diverse stakeholders
- Driving collaboration and alignment across global and cluster teams to ensure transparency and consistency
- Leading smaller projects independently, managing scope, timelines, and outcomes
- Building and nurturing the Pandora Connect community to drive engagement and adoption
- Facilitating best-practice sharing across markets and overseeing retail tech survey processes
- Using data and feedback to track progress, uncover improvement areas, and measure impact
- Contributing to continuous improvement activities and bringing forward innovative ideas
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:
- Experience in project management and strategic planning, ideally within retail, digital, or service industries
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to connect strategy with execution
- Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to see the big picture
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of translating insights into clear narratives
- Experience working with digital platforms or communities to drive adoption and behavioural change
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- English language proficiency is a must
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive, “doer” mentality
- Experience from a retail company is a big plus, but not a requirement
