What You’ll Do
As a Global Retail Training Specialist, you will:

Design and develop high‑quality learning content and assets, including e‑learning, classroom materials, facilitator guides, videos, tools, and blended learning solutions.

Apply instructional design principles to ensure training is interactive, learner‑centric, and aligned with clear learning objectives.

Manage multiple project roadmaps simultaneously, prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines.

Bring strong retail insights into the training creation process, ensuring content supports frontline needs and global business priorities.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders across clusters, HR, Communications, Global Retail Excellence, VM, Merchandising, C&I, D&T, and more.

Partner with external training agencies, content providers, and event partners.

Use data, KPIs, and feedback mechanisms to assess commercial impact and drive continuous improvement of training initiatives.

Conduct training needs analyses and provide insights to retail leaders, encouraging a culture of continuous capability development.

Communicate findings and recommendations clearly, including preparation of presentations for senior stakeholders.

Stay current on industry trends and propose innovative ways to enhance learning experiences.
What We’re Looking For

Experience in instructional design, training development, or similar roles—ideally within retail.

Solid understanding of retail operations, customer experience, and frontline capability needs.

Proficiency with authoring tools (e.g., Storyline, Rise) and learning management systems.

Strong understanding of adult learning principles, digital learning, and blended learning approaches.

Analytical mindset with the ability to translate performance data into actionable insights.

Excellent communication and project management skills.

Relevant degree or equivalent practical experience.

Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
