We are now seeking a Global Mobility Specialist with solid experience in the field, an eye for process improvement, and the ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-changing environment. You’ll be part of a team dedicated to maintaining a stable and high-performing mobility function while supporting Pandora’s global ambitions.

 

Help maintain Pandora's Mobility Structure!
As a Global Mobility Specialist, you will support Pandora’s ambitions by being a part of our Global Mobility team in a variety of areas including case management, stakeholder management (internal as well as external), partnering with the business, adjustments to existing processes, process mappings, administrative handling of mobility benefits and support the business with Mobility related queries.

 

Your key accountabilities will be to manage, maintain and develop:

  • A-Z case management, to ensure the initiation process is followed and each move is handled in accordance with Global Mobility frameworks and guidelines 
  • Good onboarding experience for employees /assignees and their families
  • Support building robust processes - local as well as global guidelines
  • Assignment contracts and Mobility addendums including other related documentation
  • Identify immigration, tax, and social security risks already on an early stage prior to offering employment/assignment contracts
  • Collaboration with Internal Stakeholders (HR Operations, Payroll, HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition Team, Finance and Corporate Tax)
  • Collaboration with External Stakeholders (Immigration, Tax, Relocation and Health Insurance vendors)
  • Cost estimates
  • Analysis on the Global Mobility programme including demographics, costs etc.

 

What is needed to succeed:

  • You have 3-5 years of Global Mobility experience in either an in-house function, consultancy function or the like
  • You are ambitious and want to continue to develop your career within Mobility
  • You understand general mobility policies (frameworks) and different salary models (i.e., home-based balance sheet approach, net vs. gross compensation etc.)
  • You have a knowledge and experience with Danish as well as International Tax and Social Security legislation to a content where you can identify potential Tax and Social Security consequences
  • Preferably, you have knowledge in Danish Immigration to a content where you can identify potential immigration consequences
  • You are a performance-driven, team player
  • You have a genuine ambition to develop your personal and professional skillset
  • You are fluent in English - both written and spoken
  • You have good presentation and spreadsheet skillset
  • You have good communication skills and can translate applicable rulings (immigration/tax/social security) into simple explanations towards internal stakeholders
  • You have a positive mindset and the courage to learn new objectives with a “learning-by-doing” approach
