We are implementing a new strategy for Procurement in Pandora – to transform how Procurement is done, from a fragmented setup today and into “Buying as One Pandora” towards 2027. This transformation includes implementing a new operating model for procurement on a global scale including revised governance, org setup and processes. The procurement transformation aims to deliver best-in-class procurement strategy, governance, and processes, enabling colleagues to excel.

 

As a Procurement Specialist in our Global Category Management team for Media & Marketing, you will work with a wide range of cross-functional stakeholders. You will work closely with your direct team and local Procurement teams, key marketing stakeholders at our global head office and local marketing teams as well as Legal, Sustainability, D&T and Finance teams. You will support the execution of sourcing processes for global and local marketing activities, including, but not limited to, RFx activities, onboarding of strategic vendors, supplier management and negotiations; specifically for areas such as paid social media, influencer marketing, PR & external events, consumer insights, creative agencies, content production, media agencies, and search/SEO/SEM.

 

This role involves analysing spend data, supplier performance, and market trends to support data-driven decision-making and category objectives. Your efforts will directly support the advancement of Pandora’s strategic procurement agenda, contributing to the four Strategic Procurement Pillars: Business Value, Cost, Protect Pandora, and Sustainability, with a focus on optimizing marketing investments, driving top- and bottom-line impact, and supporting brand growth.

 

This position offers hands-on experience in a dynamic, global environment, developing procurement expertise in media and marketing through analytical work, operational support, cross-functional collaboration, and involvement in establishing a procurement center of excellence.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support sourcing activities, including RFx processes and supplier negotiations
  • Collaborate with Marketing and cross-functional teams to align procurement with business needs
  • Analyze spend data and market trends to support decision-making
  • Contribute to category strategy and supplier relationship management
  • Promote cost-consciousness, sustainability, and compliance in procurement practices
  • Assist in stakeholder engagement and capability building
  • Participate in knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives

 

We are looking for a positive, self-driven individual who thrives in fast-paced environments and is determined to achieve outstanding results. We hope to see that you have the following experience.

    • 1–5 years of experience in Procurement or Project Management (preferably within Media & Marketing)
    • 1–3 years of experience in media, brand, creative, or event agencies
    • Basic experience with negotiation and supplier relationship management
    • Familiarity with RFx processes and procurement project execution
    • Strong analytical skills and number comprehension
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
    • Collaborative, ethical, and results-driven mindset
    • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
    • Fluent in English; Spanish or other major languages is a plus
    • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant business field
