Specialist, E2E PMO (NPD and Campaign)

As a Specialist in the End-to-End (E2E) team, you will support the readiness of Product Newness and Campaign launches by coordinating cycle kick-offs, assisting with timeline planning, and helping manage late changes in collaboration with cross-functional teams. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that our launches are executed on time, with excellence and agility.
You will support the PMO Manager in driving operational excellence across the New Product Development (NPD) and Campaign processes. This includes maintaining governance documents, facilitating milestone meetings, tracking progress, and escalating issues when needed. You’ll be the go-to person for timing and deliverables, helping teams stay aligned and focused.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need strong stakeholder management skills, a collaborative and team spirit, and a passion for problem-solving.
Key responsibilities
Project coordination of the cycle/campaign processes based on annual calendars:

Support the project management of the NPD process and Campaign process initiatives.

Assist in managing timelines and deliverables for NPD and campaign initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Schedule and prepare for milestone meetings and ensure timely kick-off of activities.

Effectively reminder and communicate key milestone, upcoming deliverables, and tracking progress.

Connect cross function teams together to support key forum for Gates and milestones

Assist in facilitating the escalation process with the guidance from the E2E PMO manager

Track and communicate late changes or additional requests, ensuring alignment across functional teams
-
Supports cross functional team on obstacles and challenges that may lead to delays in milestones or risk timely launch.
Supporting excellence and Agility in NPD process:

Be the contact point for timeline coordination and support the launch of new products

Help faciliate decision-making and escalate issues when needed with the support of the E2E PMO manager

Coordinate pre-launch activities with key stakeholders
Other:

Support the PMO Manager with updating the Newness Calendar and communicate to cross functional teams

Maintain NPD governance documents (NPD Playbook, guidelines, calendars and timelines)

Update and share team reports

Prepare weekly E2E team meetings
Ideally, you have:

3 – 5 years of relevant experience.

Experience in project coordination or PMO roles, preferably in retail, fashion, or FMCG

Strong stakeholder management and multicultural awareness

A proactive and can-do attitude - you communicate clearly and take ownership of your work.

Comfort working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a holistic overview
