As a Specialist in the End-to-End (E2E) team, you will play a key role in supporting the Innovation process and driving process optimization initiatives. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to establish and manage project timelines, ensure governance adherence, and facilitate smooth handovers from Innovation to New Product Development (NPD).

You will also lead small to medium-sized process improvement projects, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and driving implementation of robust solutions. Your ability to communicate clearly, manage complexity, and promote best practices will be essential to your success.

Key responsibilities

Innovation process support

  • Establish and manage project timelines with key milestones in line with the Product Innovation Process
  • Act as the process gatekeeper, ensuring accountability and transparency across stakeholders
  • Track and communicate project progress, flagging delays and escalating issues when needed
  • Support and chair Innovation meetings (weekly/bi-weekly)
  • Promote adherence to process governance and best practices
  • Ensure smooth handover from Innovation to NPD cycle development
  • Develop and maintain timeline templates for different innovation types

Process optimization

  • Lead 2 small or 1 medium-sized process improvement project at a time
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment and representation in improvement initiatives
  • Drive implementation of improvements, including training and workshops
  • Map sub-processes and identify gaps in the E2E Innovation Process
  • Support the evolution of the Innovation Process through structured improvement efforts

General support

  • Maintain and update playbooks and SharePoint content
  • Support onboarding and training initiatives for new or updated processes

 

Ideally, you have:

  • 1–3 years of experience in project management, product development, or innovation delivery
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to navigate change
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience facilitating teamwork and promoting engagement across functions
  • Ability to create onboarding materials and train teams on updated content
