As a Specialist, Digital Partners, you’ll be the operational heartbeat behind Pandora’s presence on key digital marketplaces and multibrand platforms. You’ll ensure our product data is accurate, our inventory is optimised, our partners are supported, and our digital shelves look impeccable. In this role, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operational management of Pandora’s digital partner platforms - ensuring that everything from product listings to fulfilment flows runs smoothly and consistently. You’ll also play a key role in improving processes, strengthening integrations, and driving operational performance across all partner channels.

 

Key responsibilities

Operational excellence

  • Oversee daily operational management of digital partner platforms, ensuring accuracy in product listings, pricing, and assortment.
  • Maintain high‑quality product catalogues, ensuring imagery, titles, and descriptions meet brand standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues related to inventory, order processing, and product data feeds in collaboration with integrators and internal systems (PIM, OMS, ERP).

 

Fulfilment & inventory coordination

  • Partner with fulfilment and supply chain teams to ensure optimal inventory levels and timely product availability.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishments to avoid out‑of‑stock situations and maximise sales.
  • Ensure compliance with fulfilment guidelines, including packaging and branding standards.

 

Data integrity & optimisation

  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of product, pricing, and promotional data across systems and partner platforms.
  • Monitor operational metrics (sell through, fulfilment speed, order accuracy) to identify inefficiencies and drive improvements.‑through, fulfilment speed, order accuracy) to identify inefficiencies and drive improvements.
  • Collaborate with technology teams to optimise integrations and support new feature deployments.

 

Partner collaboration

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for operational queries from digital partners.
  • Strengthen partner relationships by improving workflows and ensuring compliance with Pandora’s catalogue and pricing standards.
  • Provide training and guidance to partners and internal teams on operational best practices.

 

Process improvement & documentation

  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes using technology and automation.
  • Stay informed on industry best practices and innovations to enhance operational efficiency and platform performance.

 

We hope to see you bring

  • Strong understanding of e‑commerce operations, ideally with experience managing data flows for digital marketplaces or multi‑brand platforms.
  • Familiarity with integrator tools such as Rithum, Tradebyte, or similar systems.
  • Technical aptitude with PIM, OMS, and ERP systems (e.g., Inriver or comparable).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.‑solving skills.
