As our new Specialist, Digital Marketing Analytics, you’ll play a key role in enabling consumer-centric, data-driven decision-making across Pandora’s channels. Based at our Copenhagen HQ, this role offers a unique opportunity to combine analytical expertise with strategic impact, helping us activate seamless and engaging experiences for our customers.
Analytics meets customer experience innovation
In this role, you will serve as the Testing, Optimization, and Reporting (T.O.R.) Lead within the Cross-Channel Engagement team. You’ll deliver high-quality pre- and post-test analytics, value tracking, and rigorous performance assessments that inform how Pandora connects with customers across channels. Your insights will strengthen customer engagement, improve experimentation maturity, and influence scaling decisions for high-performing tests.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading pre- and post-test analysis, value tracking, and monthly reporting for CCE initiatives
- Driving insight-led decisions by prioritizing clear recommendations over lengthy reports
- Embedding data-driven best practices and closing the feedback loop to improve customer experiences
- Championing customer centricity by focusing on end-to-end experience and business context
- Supporting global experimentation maturity, adoption of analytics dashboards as well as championing value tracking frameworks
- Translating complex data into clear, actionable insights for technical and marketing stakeholders
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing analytics, experimentation, or data-driven marketing
- Proficiency in Adobe Analytics and Excel (required); familiarity with complementary tools is a plus
- Strong understanding of A/B testing methodologies, value tracking, and performance measurement
- Ability to convert complex data into strategic recommendations
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management experience
- Strong business acumen with awareness of website, CRM, and cross-channel marketing dynamics
- Nice to have: Platform knowledge in Power BI, CDP tools (e.g., Bloomreach), ContentSquare, Jira, Confluence
- Fluent in English
