Are you passionate about data, systems, and creating the foundation for excellent business decisions? Do you thrive in a global environment where collaboration, accuracy, and continuous improvement are at the heart of everything you do? Then you may be our new Specialist, Data & Operations at Pandora.

The Role

As a Specialist in Data & Operations, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence and data‑driven decision‑making across Pandora’s Global Merchandising organization. You will be the go‑to expert for product and location master data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and governance across multiple systems—including SAP, AX, o9, and FlexPLM.

You will also design and maintain impactful reporting solutions—primarily in Power BI—providing insights that help shape planning, execution, and strategic initiatives across the value chain. Your work enables merchandising teams globally to make better, faster, and more informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and maintain master data for product and location across global systems.

  • Safeguard data accuracy, compliance, and alignment with global standards throughout the product lifecycle.

  • Prepare and validate data for major programs such as HERO, COMPASS, and PLM upgrades.

  • Monitor data quality, troubleshoot issues, and support continuous improvement.

  • Build, enhance, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting tools for merchandising stakeholders.

  • Translate business needs into data and reporting requirements.

  • Collaborate with teams across Supply Chain, Retail, Product, Master Data, D&A, and Global Clusters to ensure smooth, compliant data flows.

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years of experience in analytics, master data management, business analysis, or product‑related roles.

  • Solid understanding of ERP (SAP), PLM systems, and planning tools.

  • Strong analytical skills and commercial understanding.

  • High proficiency in Power BI (data modeling, DAX) and Excel.

  • A structured, detail‑oriented working style—paired with curiosity and adaptability.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Experience working in global organizations with complex system landscapes.

Who You Are

You are detail‑driven, collaborative, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment. You enjoy solving problems, optimizing processes, and bringing clarity to complex datasets. You’re comfortable navigating across teams, influencing decisions, and driving alignment. Most importantly, you bring a curious mindset and a passion for creating value through data.

Why Pandora?

This is your opportunity to help shape the digital and operational backbone of an iconic global brand. You’ll join a dynamic merchandising organization during an exciting period of transformation—contributing directly to the systems, data, and insights that power Pandora's global product journey.
