Role Overview  

Are you curious about how consumers connect with brands? As a Specialist, Consumer Insights – Brand Insights , focused on Brand Insights, you will support research and analysis to uncover what drives consumers to engage with Pandora. You will assist in gathering insights that inform campaign development and brand storytelling, ensuring our brand remains relevant and inspiring across markets. 

  

Key Responsibilities 

  • Support Insight Projects: Assist in collecting and analysing data for brand positioning and campaign development projects. 

  • Trend & Cultural Monitoring: Track cultural trends and consumer conversations to identify emerging themes. 

  • Collaboration Support: Help prepare reports and presentations for Brand Strategy and Creative teams. 

  • Ad-hoc Analysis: Conduct quick-turn analyses to answer specific brand-related questions.

Qualifications 

  • 5+ years of experience in brand insights, marketing, or consumer research. 

  • Familiarity with consumer research multi-method (qual, quant, social listening) 

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 

  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken); familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools. 

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or a related field. 

  

Personal Competencies 

  • Curious and eager to learn about consumer behaviour and brand strategy. 

  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills. 

  • Collaborative and comfortable supporting multiple stakeholders. 

  • Adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
