As a Specialist, Collection Management in the Creative Direction & Design team, you will play a key role in shaping Pandora’s global product portfolio. You’ll support the team’s Director and Managers by contributing to portfolio development, trend research, and storytelling across concept phases. Your insights will help bring compelling and successful collections to life.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to track performance, benchmark competitors, and maintain assortment plans. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence the creative direction of our collections while applying structured thinking and visual communication skills.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a strong understanding of fashion and jewelry trends, excellent organizational skills, and a collaborative mindset.’
Key responsibilities:
- Assist in portfolio development by researching trends and supporting storytelling across concept phases
- Gather and organize insights on jewelry, fashion, and cultural trends to inform seasonal strategy
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and track key and aspirational brands
- Perform weekly trade analysis and performance tracking
- Maintain and update assortment range plans
- Coordinate with Design Development and Design teams to support key milestone deliverables

Ideally, you have:
- 1–3 years of experience in a design, marketing, or product-related role within the fashion, luxury, or creative industry
- A Bachelor’s degree in design, fashion, marketing, or a related field
- Strong conceptual and visual communication skills
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and visual tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop)
- Fluency in English
