Specialist, Collaboration
Pandora is looking for a Collaborations Specialist to support the planning, coordination, and performance tracking of our global brand collaborations.
In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that partnerships deliver strong commercial results and reinforce Pandora’s cultural relevance. Working within the Global Collaborations team, you will collaborate closely with Marketing, Product Design, Merchandising, Legal, Finance, and regional teams to help bring impactful partnerships to life.
Key responsibilities

Support the daytoday coordination of global collaborations, including timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment

Track and analyse collaboration performance, including sellin, sellout, and broader brand impact

Prepare performance updates, dashboards, and insights for internal stakeholders and management

Create reports and presentations for partner reviews, summarising outcomes and key learnings

Monitor competitor partnerships and category trends, sharing relevant insights and opportunities

Contribute consumer, cultural, and behavioural learnings to partnership evaluation and future planning

Work crossfunctionally with Marketing, Merchandising, Legal, Finance, and regional cluster teams to support execution

Use data and insights to identify opportunities and propose actions that drive commercial impact and brand equity
About you

1–3+ years of experience in marketing, partnerships, brand management, or a related field

Experience working with performance analytics, reporting, and insight generation

Strong analytical skills with confidence handling data and reporting tools

Clear communication and presentation skills, with strong attention to detail

Comfortable working in a crossfunctional and international environment

Interest in cultural trends, fashion, or lifestyle brands

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
Travel

Occasional international travel for partner meetings and industry events
