As part of Pandora’s Global CRM & Loyalty Team, you will play a pivotal role in developing, executing, and optimising global CRM campaigns that drive engagement, support local market activations, and enhance customer experience and loyalty.

 

Contract Type: Interim

Start Date: 01 October 2025 (earlier if possible)
End Date: 27 February 2026


In this role, your primary focus will be creating impactful email and SMS marketing campaigns that balance brand storytelling with commercial success. Additionally, you’ll help integrate loyalty program elements into relevant campaigns to further engage customers and strengthen relationships.

 

Your responsibilities will include:


Designing and Executing Campaigns: Creating and implementing personalised CRM campaigns that blend brand-building and commercial messaging, tailored for global activation by local marketers.
Strategic Campaign Leadership: Driving quarterly campaign planning and execution, including defining campaign plans, developing creative briefs, and collaborating with GTM teams to align messaging across digital channels.
Content Personalisation: Crafting engaging content that leverages customer behaviour insights to deliver meaningful communication and elevate the customer journey.
Data-Driven Optimisation: Using data insights to enhance campaign development, initiate and use A/B testing results, and set performance benchmarks to improve KPI transparency.
Visual Excellence: Developing reusable and bespoke email templates to ensure consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
Supporting Loyalty Initiatives: Incorporating loyalty programme elements and data capture activities into campaigns to strengthen customer retention and engagement.
Gamification and Interaction: Enhancing campaign interactivity and engagement by introducing gamified elements and innovative creative approaches and to drive data capture. 
Automation Contributions: Identifying automation opportunities and maintaining always-on dynamic content for global automated email programmes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partnering with global and local stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of campaigns while addressing market-specific needs.
Project Contributions: Supporting global projects and toolkits that align with Pandora’s broader CRM and marketing strategies.

Qualifications and Experience:

 

•    3+ years of relevant work experience in digital marketing, specifically in email marketing.
•    Experience in a global organisation, retail, or the fashion industry is a plus.
•    Strong project management skills including the ability to plan, execute, and oversee projects effectively.
•    Creative mindset.
•    Ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
•    Strong presentation skills.
•    Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Bloomreach, Adobe Campaign, or similar tools is preferred.
•    Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including fluent proficiency in English.
