Help our Brand Strategy succeed
As a Brand Strategy Specialist at Pandora, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support developing and executing brand strategies and campaigns that drive global growth and success. Your role will be key in aligning stakeholders, fostering collaboration, and ensuring coherence to the overarching brand strategy. Success in this role will involve agile decision-making, effective communication, and adaptability to evolving business needs.
More specifically, your responsibilities will include:
Assisting in Developing Brand Campaigns
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop brand marketing campaigns, initiatives, and amplifications supporting the brand strategy
- Assisting in defining objectives, timelines, and resource requirements for brand marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Assisting in the campaign development process from creative brief to launch, and monitoring campaign performance
Supporting in Developing and Executing the Brand Strategy
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including Global Business Unit, Consumer Insights (CI), Design, Brand & Communication (BRACO), Go-To-Market (GTM), and Assortment Planning (AP) to ensure successful strategy implementation
- Contributing to communicating the brand strategy effectively, support workshops, meetings, and presentations to drive buy-in and alignment to the brand strategy
- Collaborating with the Brand Strategy Manager and key stakeholders to evaluate potential strategic opportunities and risks and in offering strategic guidance and insights to key stakeholders in decision-making processes
Conducting Brand Market Analysis and Competitive Research
- Collaborate with Consumer Insights (CI) and the Marketing team to analyze market trends, opportunities, and the competitive landscape relevant to the brand strategy
- Utilize market and competitive intelligence to refine and inform brand strategy
Performance Monitoring and Reporting
- Assisting in establishing KPIs and reporting mechanisms to track the progress and impact of brand strategy and campaigns
- Analyzing performance data, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations
- Supporting in regularly communicating updates on strategy implementation and achievements
In order to succeed
You are a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional contexts. You have a curious mindset and a can-do attitude, and you thrive in fast-paced and dynamic environments. Additionally, we hope that you have and can demonstrate:
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience, with a background in branding, advertising, marketing, or similar
- Experience in campaign development; focus on brand building would be a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, branding, business, or similar; Master’s degree would be an advantage
- Ability to contribute to agile decision-making and navigate through change and ambiguity effectively
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written
