Domain Architect responsible for the integrated planning and connecting IP systems to all the environment surrounding planning space at Pandora.

In this Digital & Technology position, you will play a key role through the entire ecosystem of Supply Chain and you will support the implementation of O9. You will be responsible for the E2E solution design for Integrated planning within the Supply Chain space. You will drive best practices and standardization.

 

Other key accountabilities include: 

  • Leading the end-to-end architecture and solution design for the Integrated Supply Planning area, as well as supporting the Solution architects working on the implementation of Merchandising, Replenishment and Supply & Capacity Planning area.
  • Responsible for making sure that Supply Chain landscape is connected correctly and according to best practices to the whole Pandora ecosystem.
  • Participating in the delivery for the Supply Chain in regards to the whole Integrated Planning part of the organization.
  • Ensuring the connectivity and compatibility with the Manufacturing programs (Horizon) and Global Programs (Compass, D&A Enhancing).
  • Leading integration implementation works to other O9 modules and other applications.
  • Aligning complete vision of Product Life-cycle across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Planning organizations.
  • Assuring best practices are adopted, and driving standardization.
  • Supporting global process owners in cross-enterprise efforts to transform business processes and exploring opportunities to maximize the use of O9, including the mobilization and management of key stakeholders in securing the necessary support.
  • Working within the community of solution architects and E2E view. Supporting process managers, functional consultants/business analyst and business SMEs in analysis functional deep dives and in maturing ways of working to ensure quality functional work.
  • Working closely with Integration Architects and Product teams to develop clear functional and technical design and document data requirements and build complex datasets.
  • Through understanding of supply and capacity data objects like Resources, BOM , BOD  shipment, inventory, logistics, and other operations / supply chain data from sources like databases, excel sheets, emails and others.
  • Planing, developing and delivering Super User and End User training, for a global user base.

 

What is needed to succeed:

  • Extensive experience with O9 and global implementation programs, ideally within Supply Chain. Broader experience within the Supply & Capacity planning ould also be a plus.
  • Naturally proactive and independent problem-solver with history of driving product management, including discovery, solving meaningful customer and business problems, and delivering scalable solutions.
  • You enjoy working with many stakeholders and showcase the ability to translate your ideas for any audience, through well-crafted strategic documents, thorough requirements, and clear communication with stakeholders.
  • Effective influencer and ability to work with large cross-functional teams and complex programs in large multi-national corporations.
  • Being comfortable working with short lead-time, change management and highly volatile environment. You show resilience and patience to build up structures and maturity within an organization.
  • Familiarity with modern data solutions in the cloud like data storage, data processing, noSQL, Document database, big data, AI/ML concepts (Azure is our ecosystem).
  • Profiency in statistical and solver/optimization tools and programming languages to conduct data integration through extraction, loading and transformation (ELT).
  • Fluency in English at a professional level, both verbal and written.
