About the Team:
We are the integration Platform Team, the glue that binds Pandora together. We build and enhance platforms that are used to connect all the other IT systems across Pandora, from online store to manufacturing.
We are a mature engineering team that appreciates quality and delivers on promise, respects opinions and dares to do the right thing, we care for our customers and each other.
The team is spread between multiple locations and has fully embraced hybrid work model.
About the role:

You will be working on high level integrations and platform architecture: define guidelines, patterns and standards; support architectural roadmap spanning all of Pandora IT services from crafting and shipping goods to retail and online stores.

You will be constantly working on specific integration cases where you will need to collaborate with the teams to come up with a solution that adheres to the standards and delivers business value. As we have a combination of modern and legacy solution, some of these cases will put your knowledge and creativity to a test.

You will be integrations evangelist for the tech organization and will educate teams to make the right decisions themselves.

You will be a part of a large transition to modern, standardized and governed integration setup.
About you:

You are not a PPT architect, and you are not afraid of getting your hands dirty.

You are good at communication as you will mainly be getting things done by influencing and inspiring others.

Your experience:
-
Expert on integration technologies and patterns especially within the realm of event-driven and asynchronous architecture. Knowing these technologies is a plus: Kafka, Kubernetes, Azure functions, Azure APIM, Kong, Mulesoft, micro-batch technologies as Azure Data factory.

You have experience designing complex systems including transitional architecture, integrating future state platforms with legacy platforms, designing re-usable schema models and business event flows (having all is a plus)

Experience designing re-usable schema models in publish/subscribe scenarios as well as designing event flows

Strong understanding of complex business problems to ensure projects are leveraging the appropriate technology and the technical design.

Familiar with containerization and CI/CD
