Would you like to join the Pandora Global Marketing team and play a significant role in making our company more and more relevant for consumers across the globe? We are looking for a passionate Social Brand Specialist to support our Social Media team in Copenhagen.


Your Role:

As a Social Brand Specialist, you will be developing go to market approaches and lead the execution of social media activities across the year. You will be leading social media initiatives in cross-functional team meetings and work in a go to market group function with global responsibility. This role requires high attention to detail, communication and stakeholder management.


In line with the launch of the new strategy for Pandora, Phoenix, you will be driving efforts to support the building of Pandora’s unique brand promise and the significant potential to grow the core business and retain/attract consumers via Social Media.


Your areas of responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of social marketing campaigns for the launch of new collections and brand initiatives
  • Lead the role-out of our YouTube strategy (360 strategy with market involvement)
  • Own campaign development and create briefs for content production across owned and paid social platforms including social storytelling and development of social-first initiatives
  • Manage the activation of UGC content across global social media channels, and continuously improvement of guidelines and processes for the above
  • Drive the implementation of training, presentations and guidelines in relation to Social Media, content and key activations
  • Have a passion for moving content and be aware of unique platform best practices on key channels as YouTube (paid and owned), TikTok, Instagram and Pinterest
  • Other tasks:
  • Key point of contact for clusters and markets on an on-going basis
  • Having experience with META Business Manager and other platform relevant tools such as Google or Pinterest Trends
  • Day-to-day planning and collaboration with in-house creative resources to build a strong creative presence across social channels, especially for customization of assets
  • Implementation of new platform initiatives and trends to maintain strong competitive position in social media
  • Close collaboration with paid media team to define, rollout and scale project related to paid social


What is needed to succeed:

  • Minimum 4-5 years’ experience with project management and digital marketing, paid media and social media, influencer marketing, media campaigns, and PR
  • Background in brand/marketing department of a global company, an advertising agency, media house or an internal in-house agency/marketing department, or equivalent
  • Experience with marketing content production and delivery within different tasks and timescale
  • Practice with social storytelling and development of social-first content (still and video) for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest etc.
  • Superb planning and project management skills
  • English fluency and experience from an international environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Facebook Business Manager and Sprinklr (or other social management tools)
