Social Media Manager (Analytical Mindset) - Pandora, Copenhagen (Temporary 15 months)


We are searching for a Social Media Manager (Analyst) for the Global Social and Influencer team at Pandora, Copenhagen, functioning as the trend, insight, and reporting lead.


Pandora’s Social Marketing team is responsible for developing and executing on the Social Marketing channel & content strategy and has a primary role in optimizing experiences within the overall consumer journey. The team works very close with other departments and local markets, ensuring cross-functionally aligned consumer activations and communications.




  • Performance reporting on social and influencer KPIs to increase performance and push for an insight driven culture.
  • KPI and Target setting as part of cross-functional workstreams.
  • Content performance deep-dives and trend analysis.
  • Social listening and improved quantitative and qualitative data gathering and sharing across internal team.
  • Platform lead for several social tools supporting the social and influencer teams on a global and local level. 



  • Must be experienced with insights-driven social and/or influencer performance reporting.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Strategic experience with all main social channels: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, Snapchat, YouTube.
  • Must have experience in working with digital or social marketing within international/complex business landscape.
  • Broad experience within the fields of Digital Marketing, along with Social Media.
  • In Depth Knowledge of tools such as Sprinklr, Emplifi, Facebook Business Manager.



  • A relevant commercial, marketing education in higher level.
  • Great passion for social media and influencers.
  • Ability to work in a very fast paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Flexible working approach with a proactive solution focus.
  • Must be structured and organized.
  • High sense of responsibility and a team player.
  • Grounded and stable personality with an open mind and positive attitude.



  • Earliest start date - 1st of October, 2022.
  • A 15-month maternity cover with the possibility of extension.
