Main purpose of the role:

 

Pandora is embarking on an ambitious journey to deliver on our Digital Strategy to drive growth, while equally employing the happiest, most empowered and technology-enabled colleagues. One of the most central technology components in establishing our digital Colleague Experience ecosystem is the ServiceNow platform  – internally called Pandora Assist – which is growing into the core entry point for employee’s interactions with distinct business departments. This role will be part of a dynamic, high-performing and cross-functional team that is delivering Pandora Assist.

 

As Business Consultant, you will be responsible for prioritizing, scoping and delivering individual user stories that deliver value to our business. You will act as the connector between functional needs and technology to ensure we are always working on the things that create value for business departments relying on the platform. For that purpose, you will be responsible for co-creation, prioritization and implementation of user stories that address functional needs, while driving overall end-user experience with the platform. At the same time, you will remain in close and continuous communication with functional stakeholders to ensure understanding and full utilization of technical capabilities.

 

Helping our technical team to ensure architectural health of Pandora’s ServiceNow platform, this role will also entail advisory to business stakeholders on the functional capabilities of the platform to promote cross-functional collaboration. You will help to shape the direction and product domain to ensure Pandora is putting technology at the heart of evolving our business and delivering growth.

 

 

Key responsibility:

 

    • Own the product backlog for Pandora Assist (ServiceNow) on an operational level in close collaboration with Product Management, our engineering team and functional stakeholders to deliver user stories that create value for the company while balancing development activities with daily operations
    • Together with our UX Designers, drive end-to-end Colleague Experience in Pandora by identifying desirable services to be offered on Pandora Assist and ensuring a seamless User Experience within and across the platform
    • Remove impediments for the team to make sure that they reach their objectives and deliver the committed business value
    • Facilitate agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, iteration planning, demos, retrospectives, and work closely together with functional stakeholders on how to refine and prioritize the backlog
    • Support the functional stakeholders in their effort to manage the backlog
    • Drive relentless improvement and create a learning environment with ongoing feedback and recognition
    • Promote DevOps capabilities and mindset in the teams
    • Prepare and facilitate the team events, and administrate the agile planning tool
    • Coach Product and Platform team on Agile practice [RM1] 
    • Be an active member of our Agile Community of Practice
