As a Senior Specialist in eCommerce Analytics & Insights, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our digital performance. You’ll lead the development and implementation of best-in-class website analytics practices, ensuring that data is not only accurate and reliable but also deeply embedded in our commercial decision-making processes.
You will act as the key liaison between Adobe data engineering teams and the broader analytics community, translating business needs into technical solutions and ensuring seamless collaboration across functions. Your insights will directly influence strategic initiatives, helping Pandora deliver exceptional digital experiences and drive measurable business impact.
In this role, you’ll also champion data governance, oversee data quality assurance, and lead the creation of advanced dashboards and visualizations tailored to senior stakeholders. You’ll work closely with regional eCommerce teams and internal partners to anticipate and exceed their analytics needs, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. We are looking for a highly analytical, commercially minded individual with a strong foundation in digital analytics, stakeholder management, and data storytelling. Key responsibilities:
- Define and evolve best-in-class commercial website analytics practices aligned with Pandora’s digital transformation agenda
- Act as the primary bridge between Adobe data engineering and commercial analytics teams
- Integrate Adobe Analytics insights into core business workstreams to influence strategic decisions
- Drive data integrity initiatives across all tracking and reporting mechanisms. Analyse, document and resolve inconsistencies while controlling business impact through stakeholder management. Lead advanced data analysis and visualization efforts, delivering insights through dashboards and reports with multi-system data inputs.
- Build strong partnerships with regional eCommerce and internal teams to elevate performance reporting and consolidate strategic data needs into clear technical development requirements.
- Promote continuous learning and innovation within the analytics function
- Mentor colleagues and elevate the organization’s analytical maturity
Ideally, you have:
- 4–5 years of experience in website analytics, with at least 4 years owning or managing analytics systems
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Engineering, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven ability to translate complex commercial needs into actionable analytics improvements
- Experience with Adobe Analytics (certification is a plus)
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI
- Strong understanding of eCommerce KPIs and the commercial impact of digital analytics
