Senior Specialist, POSM Supply Planner (Interim)

As Senior Specialist, POSM Supply Planner, you’ll be at the heart of our Point of Sales Materials (POSM) supply chain, ensuring marketing materials, packaging, displays, trays, and sellable accessories are seamlessly delivered across our global network. Your work will directly impact Pandora’s ability to deliver a world-class shopping and gifting experience. 

Success in this role will require a blend of collaboration, process understanding, supply chain knowledge, and a strong teamwork mindset. 

 

In this role, you will: 

  • Manage global POSM inventory across multiple Distribution Centers (DCs), ensuring high product availability while balancing inventory and freight costs. 

  • Oversee purchase order management with suppliers and monitor on-time, in-full deliveries from freight forwarders and vendors. 

  • Optimize inventory performance and maintain safety stock parameters aligned with commercial priorities. 

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Merchandising, Procurement, Logistics, and Retail Operations to streamline planning processes and improve ways of working. 

  • Track and analyze KPIs, identify root causes of performance issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. 

  • Prepare clear analyses and presentations to support leadership decisions. 

  • Handle freight quotes and secure optimal shipping solutions for critical deliveries. 

  • Leading and contributing to key initiatives aimed at improving our ways of working and enhancing supply chain performance 

 

What We’re Looking For 

  • 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Procurement, Logistics, or Freight Forwarding. 

  • Experience in a global organization and strong stakeholder management skills. 

  • A university degree in Supply Chain Management, Management Engineering, Economics, Business Management, or related field. 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with planning tools (Logility, o9) is a plus. 

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large data sets. 

  • Fluent in English.
