Senior Specialist, Supply Chain Product Owner - Interim
As a Senior Specialist, Supply Chain Product Owner, you will drive transformation within your product area and contribute to Pandora’s HERO program—our advanced planning transformation initiative. This role supports the transition from legacy tools to a best-in-class, end-to-end planning solution (o9), enabling more agile, integrated, and scalable planning capabilities.
You will lead transformation through the Agile framework, ensuring business needs are captured as actionable user stories and aligned with planning goals. Collaborating with cross-functional teams you will deliver tangible value realization through the solution in the form of improved sell-through without markdowns and reduced stock levels.
Your work will strengthen planning process maturity, elevate reporting capabilities, and enable end-user readiness—advancing a digitally enabled, data-driven supply chain that meets demand efficiently and delivers measurable business impact. You will be part of a team of three product owners within Supply Chain Excellence in our Global Merchandizing and Supply Chain area. This role requires a structured, analytical mindset and strong stakeholder collaboration.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Lead readiness activities for go-live within your product area
- Monitor product team progress and deliver according to defined OKRs
- Capture and translate business needs into clear, testable user stories and technical requirements
- Identify and analyze user pain points to identify development opportunities
- Facilitate cross-functional forums and ensure alignment between Business and Tech teams
- Support change adoption across global planning teams
- Prepare clear analyses and presentations to support leadership decisions
- Develop and own the AI Roadmap for Global Supply Chain, aligning use cases with business strategy Manage the GSC Reporting Landscape across home-grown PowerBI, D&A (Data & Analytics)-built, and o9-based reporting
- Champion the self-service PowerBI for business users
- Facilitate Data Governance definition within Global Supply Chain
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning and transformation
- Experience with planning solutions/systems.
- Experience working in Agile framework or with Project Management tools.
- PowerBI knowledge and understanding of AI/ML concepts are a plus.
- Structured, analytical problem-solver with great stakeholder management skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to prioritize competing demands.
- Effective prioritization, accountability, and organizational skills.
- Proactive, with lots of drive and not afraid to speak up in large forums.
- Hunger for continuous improvement
- Collaborative team player, proactive and outcome-oriented.
Your new team
You’ll be part of Pandora’s Supply Chain Excellence team within Global Merchandising & Supply Chain. Alongside two other product owners, you’ll help shape a digitally enabled, data-driven supply chain that meets demand efficiently and delivers real business impact.
