As a Senior Specialist, Strategic Projects, you’ll play a key role in driving strategic initiatives within Pandora’s Store Creative & Design team. Based at our Copenhagen HQ, this role offers a unique opportunity to combine analytical thinking with creative vision, ensuring projects are delivered with excellence and enable markets to execute flawlessly.
Strategy meets execution and collaboration
In this role, you will support the successful delivery of high-impact projects and strategic workstreams that require close cross-functional collaboration. You’ll work alongside the Manager to define and execute SC&D’s strategic priorities, ensuring best-in-class project management practices across the organization. From developing tools and trackers to preparing business cases and high-quality presentations, you’ll help maintain clarity and alignment at every stage.
You’ll also build strong partnerships across Marketing, Retail Excellence, Supply Chain, and global market teams, acting as a trusted advisor and key point of escalation. This is an exciting opportunity to influence Pandora’s global retail strategy and contribute to creating memorable brand environments for our customers.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Driving and supporting projects and strategic workstreams from kick-off to implementation and testing
- Defining project scope and plans in collaboration with functional experts and stakeholders
- Preparing business cases to evaluate benefits, costs, and risks of alternative options
- Facilitating cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving to meet deadlines
- Delivering regular updates to senior stakeholders, including key findings and recommendations
- Maintaining a full overview of SC&D projects and status trackers for clear communication
- Creating high-quality presentations for SC&D leadership and other stakeholders
- Establishing and role-modelling best-in-class project management practices
- Building strong relationships across global and market teams to ensure alignment
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:
- A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Strategy, Finance, Economics, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in strategic project management within Marketing, Retail, Consulting, or Business Development
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with strategic importance
- Strong analytical skills and experience creating business cases
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics
- Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and facilitating meetings independently
- Background in jewellery, retail, fashion, or FMCG is a plus
- Experience working in a global organization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Fluent in Business English
