What You’ll Do 

As a Senior Specialist, Retail Academy, you will: 

  • Lead strategy and execution of the Retail Academy globally and support local academies in clusters. 

  • Design and develop learning programs and journeys for retail employees, focusing on customer experience, brand standards, and retail leadership. 

  • Drive initiatives that strengthen retail culture, aligning values and behaviors to enhance both customer and employee experiences. 

  • Implement change management plans to ensure high compliance and alignment across markets. 

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (HR, Communications, Digital, Retail Excellence) and external partners (training agencies, certification bodies). 

  • Research and integrate innovative learning trends such as digital learning, gamification, and AI. 

  • Mentor and coach Specialists within the team. 

  • Analyze KPIs to measure training impact on sales, customer satisfaction, and retention. 

 

What We’re Looking For 

  • Experience: 3–5 years in Retail, Fashion, or FMCG, with 2–3+ years in global or large regional learning roles. 

  • Proven ability to develop training programs, map skills, and drive engagement through innovative learning solutions. 

  • Strong understanding of customer-centric principles and retail dynamics. 

  • International exposure and cultural agility. 

  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

  • Expertise in digital learning and innovation. 

  • Knowledge of behavioral science and change management. 

  • Analytical and communication skills. 

  • Mentoring and coaching capabilities.
