Senior Specialist, Project Management – Global Commercial Operations Development – Interim 12 Month FTC

You will Support Successful Project Execution

As a Senior Specialist in the Global Commercial Operations Development function, you will play a key role in supporting projects that enhance Pandora’s value chain, distribution centres, and service offerings. While you will manage specific workstreams, your primary focus will be assisting Project Managers in executing projects successfully.

You will be involved in a variety of project-related tasks, from analysis and stakeholder coordination to structured problem-solving and process optimization. Your role will ensure that projects run smoothly, are well-documented, and deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support high-impact projects by managing assigned workstreams under the guidance of a Project Manager.
  • Assist in project planning and execution, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within scope.
  • Prepare fact packs, analyses, and structured problem-solving insights to support decision-making.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, distribution centres, and external vendors to support project objectives.
  • Provide updates on scope, resources, risks, and financials while escalating key issues to the Project Manager.
  • Facilitate effective communication by preparing reports and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and best practices within project execution.

Your Skills & Background

We are looking for a proactive, structured, and team-oriented individual with strong analytical capabilities. The ideal candidate has:

  • 3+ years of experience in project management, supply chain, distribution centres, consulting, or similar roles.
  • A relevant Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Strategy, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in an international/global environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present insights in a structured manner.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

 

Your New Team

You will report to Director of Project Excellence in Global Commercial Operations Development and work closely with colleagues across Pandora’s value chain, including distribution centres, global office teams, and external vendors.
