If you’re a structured, proactive project manager with a strong understanding of creative workflows and marketing operations, you might be the perfect fit for our Senior Specialist, Project Management – Brand & KCPs role at Pandora’s Global Office in Copenhagen.

As a Senior Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the execution of mid-sized global brand and Key Commercial Pillar (KCP) campaigns. You’ll ensure timely delivery, resource alignment, and operational excellence across campaign development and asset delivery. By supporting creative and marketing alignment, you’ll contribute to campaign success and brand consistency across all markets.

We are looking for a highly organized, collaborative individual with a strong background in project management, creative operations, and stakeholder engagement. If you thrive in a fast-paced, global environment and are passionate about delivering impactful brand campaigns, we’d love to hear from you.

Key responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain detailed schedules for mid-sized global campaigns, ensuring key milestones are met and risks are proactively addressed.
  • Act as the operational liaison between Creative, Marketing, Production, and Regional teams.
  • Lead project meetings, manage updates and action items, and ensure clarity on deliverables across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Allocate creative resources effectively across projects; track project budgets and manage related invoicing and financial documentation.
  • Oversee the creative review and approval process; ensure all assets are archived and distributed correctly.
  • Coordinate global localization and customization efforts, ensuring campaign assets meet both global standards and local market needs.
  • Track project progress and report status updates, risks, and resolutions to the Head of Creative Operations and senior stakeholders.
  • Contribute to post-project reviews and workflow optimization.

Ideally, you have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Project Management, Communications, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience managing global creative or marketing campaigns
  • Experience in a creative agency or in-house brand environment
  • Proven ability to manage multiple mid-sized projects from planning to delivery
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Trello); familiarity with asset management systems is a plus
  • Financial awareness, including budget tracking and cost management
  • Understanding of asset review processes, brand standards, and legal/rights management
  • Experience with localization workflows and adapting campaigns for global markets
  • A mindset for process improvement and workflow optimization
