Do you enjoy optimizing CRM platforms to drive revenue and customer engagement? Do you thrive when translating data into action and helping teams unlock the full potential of their marketing channels? If so, we might have the perfect opportunity for you!

About the team
Pandora's Customer Activation team is looking for a Product Manager to help us maximize the effectiveness of our mobile marketing channels—email, push, SMS, and beyond. You'll work at the intersection of customer data, personalization, and marketing technology to drive revenue and engagement across our customer base.

As our new Product Manager, you'll own the product strategy and delivery for our CRM tech stack, with a primary focus on Bloomreach as our email marketing platform. You'll work closely with marketing, data, and engineering teams to ensure we're ingesting the right data, building the right customer segments, and delivering personalized experiences that convert our customers.

This role is critical to helping us turn customer insights into action, ensuring our marketing channels are not just operational but optimized for performance. You'll balance strategic roadmap planning with hands-on execution, vendor management, and continuous improvement.

Your role as Product Manager – Customer Activation

  • Own the product roadmap and backlog for our CRM platforms, primarily Bloomreach, ensuring alignment with business goals and marketing needs

  • Drive personalization and segmentation strategies by working with data teams to identify, ingest, and activate customer data effectively

  • Partner with CRM and marketing teams to translate campaign requirements into scalable product features and technical implementations

  • Manage vendor relationships, including roadmap alignment, issue escalation, and feature adoption

  • Lead cross-functional delivery of new capabilities—from customer journey orchestration to A/B testing frameworks and advanced automation

  • Monitor channel performance and platform health, identifying optimization opportunities and driving continuous improvement

  • Stay ahead of trends in CRM technology, marketing automation, and customer data platforms, bringing forward strategic recommendations

What you need to succeed

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, marketing technology, or CRM—ideally within customer engagement or personalization platforms

  • Experience with Bloomreach or similar email/mobile marketing platforms

  • Strong understanding of customer data pipelines, segmentation, and personalization strategies

  • Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and drive roadmap alignment with business goals

  • Experience writing clear product requirements and managing backlogs in tools like JIRA

  • Analytical mindset with a focus on measuring impact and optimizing for revenue and engagement

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills—you can navigate between technical and business teams with ease

  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations (GDPR, consent management) is a plus
