As a Senior Specialist in the End-to-End (E2E) PMO team, you will ensure the readiness of Product Newness and Campaign launches by kicking off cycle work, leading timeline planning, and managing late changes. You’ll be responsible for project managing the NPD and Campaign processes, driving alignment across cross-functional teams, and facilitating decision-making forums. 

You will be leading milestone meetings, managing escalations and driving process excellence and best-practices across cross functional teams. Your ability to connect teams, track progress, and proactively resolve challenges will be key to delivering launches on time and with impact. 

To succeed in this role, you’ll need strong stakeholder management skills, a collaborative spirit, and a passion for problem-solving. You’ll be the go-to person for timing and deliverables, helping teams stay aligned and focused. 

 

Key responsibilities 

Project management of the cycle/ campaign processes based on annual calendars. 

  • Project manage the NPD process and Campaign process initiatives, ensuring alignment across cross functional teams and timely delivery of key milestones. 

  • Coordinate plans on cycle/collection with cross functional teams. Lead on timeline and deliveries of key milestones. 

  • Ensure timely kick-off of cycle/campaign work, schedule and lead milestone meetings 

  • Be the gate keeper of late change and additional request, facilitate the decision with cross functional team and communicate change. 

  • Actively connect and support cross functional team on obstacles and challenges that may lead to delays in milestones or risk timely launch. 

  • Facilitate the escalation process with the support of the E2E PMO manager. 

Driving excellence and Agility in NPD process. 

  • Be the PMO and go to person for Robust timeline/ lead cross-functional teams to the successful launch of new products 

  • Proactively support cross functional teams to facilitate decision making and facilitate the escalation process with the support of the E2E PMO manager if needed 

  • Coordinate pre-launch with key stakeholders 

Other 

  • Support the PMO Manager with updating the Newness Calendar and communicate to cross functional teams 

  • Ensure that NPD governance documents are up to date (NPD Playbook, guidelines, calendars and timelines)   

  • Update and distribute the E2E reports 

  • Manage the yearly creation of the NPD calendar - facilitating workshops with XF teams and required sign-offs 

 

Ideally, you have: 

  • 5 – 8 years of relevant experience.  

  • Experience with Portfolio and/or Project Management in a global company set-up 

  • Strong stakeholder management with multicultural awareness. 

  • Strong team player with can do attitude. 

  • Passion for problem solving. 

  • Comfortable in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. 

  • Be comfortable at being the go-to person in the E2E team on any timing/deliverables queries.  

  • Holistic overview and yet detail oriented. 

  • Highly motivated, result oriented and collaborative team player. 

  • A collaborative mindset and are someone your teammates can count on
