Senior Specialist, Employee Communications & Engagement
Are you passionate about creating meaningful employee experiences, shaping internal narratives, and driving engagement across a global organisation? We’re looking for a Senior Specialist, Employee Communications & Engagement to help strengthen connection, advocacy, and dialogue across Pandora’s global workforce.
This role sits at the heart of how we communicate with our people - from our retail population to our senior leaders - and plays a key part in building a unified, inspired, and informed employee community.
As Senior Specialist, Employee Communications & Engagement, you will help shape and execute internal communication strategies that bring our culture, priorities, and people stories to life. You’ll manage key channels, craft compelling content, and support leadership communication to ensure employees feel connected, informed, and engaged.
You will also play a central role in designing and delivering engagement concepts and events that foster dialogue across Pandora, locally and globally.
Key responsibilities

Deliver internal communications initiatives that strengthen engagement among employees and leaders worldwide.

Develop and execute internal campaigns across multiple formats, including posts, videos, events, and leadership communication tools.

Manage core communication channels, including our monthly global newsletter, info screens, and support with Pandora Engage (our internal social platform).

Collate data and analytics from our channels to guide content development, optimise channel performance, and advise on best practices.

Support major internal events such as quarterly financial results, global townhalls, Ask Me Anything sessions, and internal speaker events.

Collaborate closely with teams across PR, Public Affairs, Branding, Sustainability, and HR to ensure alignment and consistency.

Create engagement concepts tailored to our retail population to strengthen connection and advocacy across stores.

Facilitate meaningful dialogue across the organisation through global and local events.
You’ll work closely with a wide range of stakeholders across the organisation, including the ELT and SLT, Global HR Directors, Internal Communications leads, Investor Relations, the HRC&S leadership team, and our Sustainability colleagues. Externally, your work will also touch potential and current employees, recruitment audiences, and broader industry voices who engage with our employer brand.
We hope to see that you’ll bring

4-6 years of experience in Communications or Business, or equivalent experience.

Strong understanding of complex organisational structures and the ability to translate strategy into clear, meaningful messaging.

Exceptional writing skills and the ability to craft compelling narratives for diverse audiences.

Native or near‑native English proficiency.

Proven ability to think both strategically and operationally, moving seamlessly from big‑picture planning to hands‑on execution.

Demonstrated experience creating engaging content across multiple channels.

Experience supporting senior leaders with communication materials and messaging.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Canva or similar design tools.

Experience with data analysis to inform communication decisions.

Experience with Poppulo or other email/content management systems.
