Pandora is looking for a Global Community Manager for a 12-month maternity cover to lead engagement across our global social channels and bring our ambition of being a truly democratic brand to life. 

In this role, you’ll ensure world-class community management, foster meaningful conversations, and create spaces where our audiences feel seen, valued, and inspired. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to develop strategies that drive engagement, loyalty, and brand relevance. 

 

What You’ll Do 

  • Oversee daily community management across global social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Facebook) through agency collaboration.
  • Develop and refine community engagement strategies for owned, paid, and earned content. 
  • Monitor and respond to conversations in real time, ensuring brand-aligned and inclusive interactions. 
  • Manage risk and escalation processes for sensitive cases in partnership with PR, legal, and customer service teams. 
  • Identify cultural trends and proactively engage in relevant conversations to grow community engagement. 
  • Collaborate with global and local teams to roll out best practices and unified standards. 
  • Set performance targets and lead internal reporting on engagement KPIs and sentiment drivers. 
  • Drive tech optimization projects, including AI and automation solutions, to enhance efficiency. 

 

What We’re Looking For 

  • Approx. 5+ years of experience in social media and community management in a global or multi-market context.
  • Background in premium, lifestyle, fashion, or luxury sectors.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing engagement strategies across major social platforms.
  • Strong risk management and sentiment analysis skills.
  • Experience managing agencies and working with social media tools (e.g., Sprinklr).
  • Passion for digital culture, social trends, and community engagement.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and agile in fast-paced environments.
