Senior Specialist, AI Data Scientist
Do you want to build impactful, scalable AI and automation solutions for the world’s leading jewellery brand? If yes, we are excited to welcome a new colleague to join Pandora’s Global Merchandising & Supply Chain Strategy & Intelligence team!
Deliver value through applied AI and intelligent automation
Applied AI is a major enabler of Pandora’s transformation, helping us drive productivity, automate manual processes, and enable smarter decision-making across our Merchandising & Supply Chain organization. As Senior AI Data Scientist, you will design, build, and deploy practical AI and automation solutions that directly enhance operational efficiency and commercial impact.
You will work hands-on with Python, SQL, and large datasets to create predictive models, optimization tools, automation workflows, and intelligent insights products. You will partner closely with Product Managers, Reporting teams, and D&A/Digital Tech to ensure models and tools are production-ready, scalable, and fully embedded in day-to-day operations.
You will join a fast-growing, international team committed to strengthening data and AI capabilities across the function. You will report to the Product Manager, Merchandising & Supply Chain Intelligence.
In this role, you will be a key contributor to Pandora’s applied AI journey — bringing analytics, automation, and machine learning to life in ways that generate real, measurable business impact.
Your accountabilities will be to:
• Design, build, and deploy AI-driven models and automation workflows that support merchandising and supply chain decisions
• Develop predictive, optimization, or classification models using Python and SQL
• Automate recurring analytical and reporting processes to improve speed, consistency, and productivity
• Deliver production-ready solutions with strong documentation, testing, and validation
• Translate business challenges into structured analytical frameworks and data models
• Work with large, complex datasets across merchandising, demand planning, and supply chain domains
• Improve model accuracy and robustness through iterative enhancement
• Extract and transform data from enterprise systems in collaboration with D&A and D&T teams
• Contribute to improving data quality, readiness, and pipeline scalability
• Embed advanced analytics and model outputs into dashboards and reporting tools
• Support the transition from descriptive to predictive and prescriptive insights
• Pilot practical AI use cases and experiment with emerging technologies (e.g., LLMs, automation frameworks)
• Help build applied AI capability across the organization through best practices and knowledge sharing
