Senior Product Specialist - Paid Media
Are you passionate about digital marketing technology and how it powers high-performing paid media campaigns? Do you enjoy bridging the gap between product, tech, and vendor solutions to drive marketing success? Do you thrive in cross-functional environments where you can turn business needs into scalable tech capabilities? If so, we might have the perfect opportunity for you!
About the Role
Pandora’s Digital and technology team is looking for Senior Product Specialist to join the Marketing Technology Product Line - a suite of tools and vendor integrations that power our global advertising efforts across digital channels like search, social, display, and video.
As our new Senior Product Specialist, you’ll sit at the intersection of media, tech, and product, working closely with vendors, product managers, and internal marketing teams to manage and optimize products across our paid media ecosystem. From ad servers and data connectors to audience tools and campaign orchestration platforms, you’ll ensure that the systems we rely on are robust, scalable, and continuously improving.
This role is critical to enabling effective media operations and measurement, helping us stay competitive and innovative in a fast-moving ad tech landscape. You’ll also play a key role in vendor management, product delivery, user enablement, and performance monitoring - ensuring our paid media products drive business value.
In this role, you will focus specifically in Paid Media products. More specifically, you will:
-
Own day-to-day product operations for key components of our paid media tech stack.
-
Act as the primary interface between Pandora and our Paid Media Marketingteam, managing roadmaps, issue resolution, and delivery timelines.
-
Translate business requirements into product needs.
-
Ensure timely implementation of new features, bug fixes, and integrations through strong coordination with vendors and internal engineering teams.
-
Collaborate with internal users to gather feedback, drive adoption, and support onboarding for new tools or capabilities.
-
Monitor performance and health of paid media products and integrations, escalating issues or optimization opportunities as needed.
- Stay informed on the evolving ad tech landscape, bringing forward recommendations on tools, features, or best practices.
What you need to succeed
You are a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, and you thrive in cross-functional collaboration. You have an anamytical mindset and a passion for optimizing systems to support marketing performance. You feel comfortable working with both technical and business stakeholders, and you showcase strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills. Additionally, we hope that you have and can demonstrate:
- 3+ years of experience in product operations, digital marketing technology, or a related role – preferably within ad tech, martech, or performance marketing.
- Understanding of key paid media technologies (e.g. Google Marketing Platform, Meta Ads, DSPs, MMPs, CDPs, data clean rooms).
- Experience managing third-party vendors or platforms in a digital marketing environment.
- Ability to write clear and structured product requirements, user documentation, and issue logs.
- Experience with JIRA or similar tools for managing backlogs and tracking deliverables.
- Familiarity with marketing data privacy and tracking challenges (e.g. GDPR, cookie deprecation) would be a plus.
