About the Role

Pandora’s Marketing Technology (MarTech) team is looking for a Senior Product Manager to own our loyalty and customer data strategy – enhancing and building capabilities that strengthen customer relationships and power personalized experiences across channels.

 

As our new Senior Product Manager, you’ll be responsible for shaping the technology vision and roadmap for loyalty and customer data within the MarTech product line. You’ll work closely with marketing, analytics, engineering, and product teams to ensure our customer data platforms and loyalty initiatives are robust, future-ready, and continuously delivering value.

 

This role is critical in enabling Pandora to deepen customer engagement, enhance personalization, and deliver best-in-class loyalty experiences globally. You’ll be at the forefront at putting our customer in the centre of what we do a thought leader bringing forward new ideas and opportunities for how customer data can fuel Pandora’s growth.

 

More specifically, your responsibilities will include:

  • Defining and owning the product roadmap for loyalty and customer data initiatives, ensuring alignment with Pandora’s business strategy and customer needs.

  • Translating business objectives into clear product requirements and measurable outcomes.

  • Partnering with cross-functional teams (marketing, analytics, tech, and design) to deliver scalable solutions that enhance loyalty programs and personalization capabilities.

  • Overseeing integrations and enhancements within customer data platforms (e.g. CRM, CDP, loyalty tools).

  • Driving adoption and enablement of new loyalty features and data-driven capabilities across global markets.

  • Monitoring performance of loyalty initiatives, ensuring data-driven optimization and continuous improvement.

  • Staying ahead of market and industry trends, identifying opportunities to innovate and differentiate Pandora’s loyalty offering.

 

What you need to succeed

  • 6+ years of product management experience, ideally with a focus on loyalty, customer data, or digital engagement.
  • Proven track record of defining and delivering strategic roadmaps that drive customer value and business growth.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into product decisions.
  • Solid understanding of marketing technology, CRM, CDPs, or loyalty platforms.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders across business and technical domains.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills – able to articulate vision and rally teams around a shared direction.
  • A passion for customer-centric innovation and creating engaging loyalty experiences.
  • Ability to take intiatives from strategic vision to action in large scale cooperate environments.
