About the Role
As Senior Manager, Tech Strategy & Adoption, you will play a pivotal role in Pandora’s Digital & Technology organization, defining and driving our technology strategy and governance on a global scale.
You will be responsible for crafting Pandora’s tech vision, aligning it with corporate priorities, and ensuring adoption across domains. Leading a team of tech strategists, you will shape how Pandora leverages technology to deliver growth, innovation, and resilience.
Key Responsibilities
Technology Strategy & Governance

Define and lead Pandora’s technology strategy and vision across all domains.

Bridge corporate strategy with emerging tech trends to ensure investments are value-driven.

Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies, platforms, and partners.

Develop KPIs, metrics, and governance frameworks for tech strategy.

Lead federated tech governance forums and decision-making processes.

Translate complex tech trends into actionable insights for executive leadership.
Leadership & Business Partnership

Act as a key partner to senior stakeholders across Digital & Technology and corporate strategy.

Build cross-department tech communities to foster collaboration and adoption.

Drive storytelling and communication around tech strategy and target architecture.

Facilitate alignment between engineering leaders and executive teams.
Financial & Stakeholder Accountability

Manage budgets of 20–30 MDKK across OPEX and CAPEX.

Ensure adoption and alignment with stakeholders across the full value chain.
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a strategic, inspirational, and hands-on leader with the ability to define vision, secure stakeholder buy-in, and drive results at scale. You must combine deep technology expertise with strong communication skills to ensure business leaders understand, adopt, and benefit from the strategy you set.
Your Profile

8+ years of experience in technology strategy, architecture, or related leadership roles.

Advanced degree in Computer Science, Software Technology, or MBA in Tech/Digital Strategy.

Proven ability to lead senior technology professionals in a global matrix structure.

Strong knowledge of emerging technology trends and enterprise-level governance.

A T-shaped leader: strategic thinker who can also execute and deliver operationally.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills – able to bridge the gap between technology and business.

Fluent in English; occasional travel required.
