Drive end-to-end performance management within the Commercial Finance area
As Performance Finance Senior Manager, you are a key member of the Global Commercial Finance team driving quality reporting, analytics, insights & recommendations for the CCO (Chief Commercial Officer) organization, along with playing a key role in the end-to-end budgeting & forecasting processes and leading special projects. The role is critical in orchestrating complex processes and ensures transparency, alignment and influence between various stakeholders including members of the ELT, Commercial organization, Clusters and Corporate Finance. You will be a trusted business partner influencing decision making and driving results to achieve strategic objectives.
Role responsibilities include these key areas:
Driving quality reporting & analytics for the Commercial organization, along with a leading role in the end-to-end budgeting & forecasting processes:
- Steer end-to-end P&L to deliver optimal commercial & financial performance
- Deliver end-to-end process from target setting to management reporting
- Deliver quality insights and recommendations throughout to influence stakeholders
- Creating and orchestrating scenario plans to manage through complexity
- Drive transparency and alignment across the organization
- Ensure exceptional standards and clear story lining toward senior stakeholders
- Proactively create relevant tools, templates and enhancements to enhance processes
- Driving process & digital transformation projects along with special projects
Act as a business partner and trusted advisor to the Clusters.
- Provide quality insights about performance of dedicated Clusters
- Act as a sparring partner, providing commercial insights to drive the business agenda
- Drive standardisation and adoption of global methodologies and tools
- Manage ad hoc stakeholder requests from senior management
Commercial and pragmatic mindset

Furthermore, we are looking for the following competencies:
- 5+ years of experience within Finance in a large global business with a focus on reporting & analytics and/or planning & forecasting. Both is preferable
- Demonstrated ability to business partner and influence the Commercial organization
- A degree in Finance, Economics or similar
- Exceptional Excel skills to model & simulate different scenarios
- Experience from the retail, fashion or FMCG industry (is a plus)
- Experience with data models, CUBEs & Power BI (is a plus)
