We are looking for an exceptional Senior Manager, Performance & Reward to join our world-class Performance & Reward team at Pandora’s Global Headquarters in Copenhagen.  

  

As part of Pandora’s journey to drive transformation and deliver best-in-class people experiences, this role will play a vital part in designing, executing, and continuously improving our global performance and reward programs. You’ll partner with senior leaders and global stakeholders to ensure Pandora’s Reward and Performance frameworks are innovative, competitive, and aligned with our strategic ambitions. This role offers the chance to shape programs and deliver operational excellence in a truly global environment, supporting our ambition to “Inspire and Cultivate the World’s Love for Jewellery.”  

  

Key Responsibilities  

  

  • Lead with Impact: Design and deliver Pandora’s annual performance management processes, ensuring they align with business goals and empower employees to thrive.  

  • Drive Fairness & Competitiveness: Oversee global compensation review cycles, promoting equity and market relevance across all regions.  

  • Innovate Incentives: Develop and evolve short-term incentive programs—including sales incentives—that motivate and engage our teams.  

  • Shape the Future: Identify opportunities to enhance programs using best practices and emerging trends to deliver strategic value.  

  • Be a Trusted Advisor: Communicate clearly and confidently with senior leaders and HR partners, guiding them through performance and reward strategies.  

  • Collaborate Globally: Partner with Finance, Cluster HR, Retail Excellence, and external consultants to ensure seamless execution.  

  • Lead & Develop: Coach and support the growth of Performance & Reward team members.  

  • Deliver Excellence: Use tools like SuccessFactors, Excel, and PowerPoint to ensure precision and insightful reporting. 

  

  

What we’re looking for:    

You’re a strategic thinker with a proven ability to design and implement solutions that make a measurable impact. You understand that meaningful change requires persistence, adaptability, and a long-term mindset. Collaboration energizes you, and you thrive in a culture of mutual support and shared success. 

  

Your experience & skills:    

  • 6+ years of experience in performance management and reward within a global organisation.  

  • Innovative mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.  

  • Exceptional communication skills and confidence in managing senior stakeholders.  

  • Strong collaboration skills in a multicultural environment.  

  • Solid project management abilities and attention to detail.  

  • Proficiency in SuccessFactors, Excel, PowerPoint, and related tools.  

  • Fluent in English.  

  • Experience with sales incentive plans in retail or customer-centric environments is a plus.
