We are looking for an exceptional Senior Manager, Pay for Performance to join our world-class Performance & Reward team at Pandora’s Global Headquarters in Copenhagen. 

 

As part of Pandora’s journey to drive transformation and deliver best-in-class people experiences, this role will play a vital part in designing, executing, and continuously improving our global performance and reward programs. You’ll partner with senior leaders and global stakeholders to ensure Pandora’s pay-for-performance framework is innovative, competitive, and aligned with our strategic ambitions. 

This role offers the chance to shape programs and deliver operational excellence in a truly global environment, supporting our ambition to “Inspire and Cultivate the World’s Love for Jewellery.” 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Annual Performance Cycle: Lead the design and execution of Pandora’s annual performance management processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and impactful employee experiences. 

  • Compensation Cycle: Design and manage the annual compensation review processes, driving fairness, consistency, and competitiveness across Pandora globally. 

  • Short-Term Incentives: Develop and innovate short-term incentive programs, including sales incentives, to drive performance and engagement. 

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance programs under your scope, leveraging best practices and trends to deliver strategic value. 

  • Communication & Stakeholder Management: Provide clear and compelling communication on all performance and reward programs, acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and HR partners. 

  • Collaboration: Work closely with key internal stakeholders such as Finance, Cluster HR, Retail Excellence, and external partners including reward consultancies. 

  • Data & Systems: Utilize tools such as SuccessFactors, Excel, PowerPoint, and other systems to ensure precise program execution and reporting.

Additions to that we also see that you have:  

  • 6+ years of solid experience working with performance management, annual compensation reviews, and incentive plans in a global organisation. 

  • Experience with sales incentive plans in a retail or customer-centric environment. 

  • An innovative mindset, always seeking ways to improve and evolve programs. 

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage senior stakeholders effectively. 

  • Strong collaboration skills, thriving in a global and multicultural environment. 

  • Robust project management skills with a keen eye for detail. 

  • Proficiency in SuccessFactors, Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant tools. 

  • Fluent English language skills.
