The Group FP&A function has ownership of managing and steering the financial performance of Pandora. The function plays a vital role in defining and enforcing the global performance management framework and policies across Global Finance and within the business – including being the driver of planning, budgeting and forecasting, defining KPIs and management reporting towards CFO and CEO. The function is therefore key to Pandora’s ability to provide the right guidance on expected future performance to the capital markets.
As our new Senior FP&A Manager, you will lead Pandora’s long‑term planning process and provide the analysis our executive team relies on to make informed decisions. You will translate strategic priorities into clear financial insights, build a strong understanding of our value drivers, and help ensure that the company is set up for long‑term success. To succeed, you must bring a strong financial background, excellent analytical capabilities and the ability to collaborate effectively across a wide, global stakeholder landscape.
This role requires deep expertise in financial planning, reporting, and modelling, along with solid knowledge of cash flow and balance sheet mechanics. You should be able to manage multiple priorities independently and perform effectively in a fast‑paced, constantly evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the long‑term financial planning process across the PANDORA Group, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and supporting the translation of strategic priorities into financial outcomes
- Conduct and interpret detailed financial analyses to help the organization understand deviations from long‑term plan.
- Develop robust financial models to simulate business scenarios, assess risks and opportunities, and support strategic decision-making
- Act as a strategic finance partner, helping shape financial targets and performance expectations across a wide range of stakeholder groups
- Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations and reports for executive leadership meetings, distilling complex financial information into clear, actionable insights
- Drive long‑term cash flow and balance sheet forecasting, ensuring alignment with overall financial plans and supporting capital allocation decisions
- Independently manage ad hoc strategic and financial analyses for senior stakeholders up to the CFO level, ensuring timely and accurate responses to critical business questions
Required Skills
- Strong ability to understand complex ideas and simplify them
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines
- Ability to build high‑level financial models and scenarios
- Advanced Excel and solid financial modelling skills
- Experience with planning/reporting systems
- Strong written and verbal communication in English
Required experience
- 5-8+ years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance or finance transformation
- Experience working in a global or regional role
- Strong background in financial modelling, reporting, and scenario analysis
- Experience driving cross‑functional projects and process improvements
