Senior Manager, Digital Partner Orchestration
Ready to lead the engine room powering Pandora’s global Digital Partner growth?
As our Senior Manager, Digital Partner Orchestration, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving commercial performance across Pandora’s priority Digital Partner platforms. Based at our Copenhagen HQ, this role offers a unique opportunity to combine commercial ownership, platform leadership, and cross‑functional orchestration to unlock scalable growth across global marketplaces and multi‑brand partners.
With direct exposure to the SVP of Ecommerce and ELT forums, this is a senior, high‑impact role that owns the operational and commercial backbone enabling Pandora’s Digital Partner strategy.
Commercial excellence meets platform orchestration
In this role, you will serve as the global execution owner for Pandora’s Digital Partner platforms. You’ll translate global strategy into platform‑specific commercial plans, drive performance against revenue and margin targets, and ensure that commercial trade‑offs are explicit, data‑backed, and aligned with brand guardrails.
You will also act as the global business owner of Rithum, Pandora’s core Digital Partner integration and execution layer. From listings accuracy to pricing compliance to order flow reliability, you will ensure that the platform consistently enables commercial ambitions across partners and clusters.
Leading a team of two Specialists, you will anchor execution, set clear priorities, and ensure operational excellence at scale - all while orchestrating cross‑functional delivery across D&T, Global Ops, Finance, Merchandising, and Marketing.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Commercial execution & performance ownership
-
Driving commercial execution and performance across priority Digital Partner platforms, delivering against global revenue, margin, and customer acquisition targets.
-
Translating global Digital Partner strategy into platform‑specific commercial playbooks & plans (assortment, pricing, promotions, retail media, GTN).
-
Partnering with Clusters and Business Development to operationalize approved business cases into scalable execution.
Platform ownership & orchestration (Rithum)
-
Acting as global business owner of Rithum as Pandora’s core Digital Partner integration and execution layer.
-
Ensuring Rithum enables commercial ambitions through reliable listings, pricing accuracy, availability, and order flows.
-
Owning prioritisation of enhancements, defects, and change requests based on commercial impact.
-
Governing vendor performance, roadmap alignment, and contract execution.
Team leadership & execution anchoring
-
Leading and developing two Specialists responsible for day‑to‑day Rithum operations, monitoring, configuration, and troubleshooting.
-
Setting clear objectives, success metrics, and ways of working to ensure platform execution directly supports commercial outcomes.
Operational excellence at scale
-
Enabling end‑to‑end Digital Partner execution quality across content, pricing, availability, order flow, and fulfilment readiness.
-
Driving standardization of global SOPs, playbooks, and toolkits to enable faster onboarding and consistent execution across clusters.
-
Ensuring smooth onboarding of new partners and markets into the standardised Digital Partner operating model.
Cross‑functional orchestration
-
Acting as the central execution interface between Digital Partners and key functions (Clusters, D&T, Global Ops, Finance, Merchandising, Marketing).
-
Translating commercial needs into structured requirements for D&T and ensuring delivery against agreed timelines.
-
Owning escalation and resolution of systemic execution risks (pricing, content compliance, availability, data integrity).
Performance management & insights
-
Drive platform‑level KPI setting and dashboarding, ensuring transparency on commercial performance, execution health, and risks.
-
Using insights to proactively identify optimization opportunities across trading, content, retail media, and operational flows.
-
Providing fact‑based recommendations into ELT, SIR, and SVP‑level discussions.
Stakeholder collaboration & senior exposure
-
Acting as senior sparring partner to clusters on Digital Partner execution trade‑offs and performance optimization.
-
Preparing and presenting materials for senior leadership, including business cases, performance updates, and escalation topics.
-
Representing Digital Partner execution in governance forums and strategic decision‑making.
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:
-
Strong experience in global marketplace or digital partner execution, with proven commercial ownership.
-
Demonstrated ability to run platform‑level P&Ls and drive sales growth while protecting brand equity.
-
Strong understanding of marketplace mechanics (Amazon, Zalando, multi‑brand.com) and integrator platforms (e.g., Rithum).
-
Structured, execution‑focused leader with experience managing specialist teams.
-
Confident senior stakeholder manager, able to operate credibly with SVP and ELT audiences.
-
Comfortable operating at the intersection of commercial, operational, and technology domains.
