With increasing ambitions on AI and Analytics and need for easily accessible, reusable, and well governed data we’re seeking a Senior Strategy Manager to facilitate and ensure execution of Pandora’s Data & Analytics (D&A) strategy and transformation agenda across the value chain - as we embark on next phase of data and AI transformation.
About the Role
As Senior Strategy Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategy & transformation for the D&A organisation. You will facilitate strategic planning, and transformation initiatives that enable data accessibility and measurable business value. This role is central to aligning D&A leadership, driving cross-functional collaboration, and embedding data as a strategic asset across the enterprise.
D&A Strategy & Data Governance Team
You will join a recently established D&A Strategy & Data Governance area consisting of three teams being Strategy & Transformation, Data Governance and Athena & Data marketplace.
The team is a multi-cultural & highly diverse located across Copenhagen, Warsaw, and Thailand. The team works as a matrix. you will lead the Strategy & Transformation team. You will report to the Director of D&A Strategy & Data Governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the facilitation and development of a multi-year D&A strategy aligned with commercial and operational goals across the D&A LT
- Facilitate D&A leadership alignment on priorities, investments, and foundational data work
- Facilitate reoccurring review of progress to the joint roadmap and plans – and as needed also drive agreed initiatives and efforts to secure progress
- Lead a team of 2 experts across strategy, and transformation
- Drive cross-functional change with Product, Engineering, Architecture, and business teams
- Partner with the AI CoE to support adoption and enablement of AI initiatives.
What is Needed to Succeed
- 8+ years of experience in Data Strategy & Execution, where you have facilitated strategies with buy in from the organisation
- 5+ years of experience managing teams.
- Proven track record in leading cross-functional initiatives and driving adoption.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships across all levels.
- Structured, methodical, and collaborative mindset.
- Experience navigating large international organisations.
- An eye for how to make things happen and a willingness to roll sleeves up and get things done
- Solid understanding of key concepts in Technology, Analytics and AI is required
- Solid understanding of change and transformation management
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
