Pandora is seeking a Senior Manager, Collaborations to lead the strategic development and management of the brand’s global partnerships. This role is central to shaping Pandora’s collaboration strategy—from identifying and securing partners to overseeing execution, performance, and lifecycle management. 

You will work across design, fashion, music, and cultural partnerships, collaborating closely with internal teams including Marketing, Legal, Product Design, Assortment Planning, Supply Chain, Finance, and regional clusters to deliver collaborations that drive longterm growth and cultural relevance. 

 

Key responsibilities 

  • Define and lead Pandora’s global collaboration strategy, ensuring alignment with brand and growth objectives 

  • Identify, evaluate, and secure strategic collaboration partners aligned with Pandora’s brand positioning 

  • Develop and manage a longterm collaboration roadmap, including pricing, distribution, and innovation pipeline 

  • Lead or support partnership negotiations and contract management 

  • Oversee the operationalisation of collaboration agreements across Legal, Finance, and Supply Chain 

  • Manage partner onboarding, ongoing relationships, and governance models 

  • Integrate cultural, consumer, and market insights into collaboration strategy and decisionmaking 

  • Support gotomarket planning and ensure integration with marketing and activation plans 

  • Act as liaison between global teams and regional clusters to ensure alignment and effective activation 

  • Monitor global collaboration performance and implement corrective actions where needed 

  • Lead structured offboarding processes and capture learnings to inform future partnerships 

  • Represent Pandora in partner meetings, trade shows, and industry events

 

About you 

  • 6+ years of experience in partnerships, brand strategy, or global marketing within fashion, beauty, lifestyle, FMCG, or entertainment 

  • Proven experience in negotiation and contract management 

  • Strong understanding of collaboration and licensing models 

  • Experience working in a global organisation with multiple stakeholders and markets 

  • Leadership experience, with responsibility for people or project teams 

  • Strong strategic mindset combined with commercial acumen 

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English 

  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Keynote, and presentation tools 

  • Master’s degree or equivalent practical experience 

 

Travel 

  • Regular international travel for partner meetings and industry events
