This position translates brand and marketing guidance into integrated campaign briefs, manages creative development, and drives executional excellence across Pandora’s Tier 1–5 global campaign portfolio. The Senior Brand Manager ensures campaigns are insight-driven, consistent, and scalable, supporting brand equity growth and commercial impact across more than 100 markets.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Campaign Briefing & Development:

  • Translate quarterly marketing guidance into integrated global campaign briefs (creative + channel).
  • Define campaign KPIs and embed learnings from performance into future planning.
  • Support the Senior Director in developing creative concepts from consumer insight through to execution.
  • Partner with Brand Planning, Creative Studio, Channels, and Clusters to align briefs and campaign scope.

 

Creative & Channel Execution:

  • Manage creative development in line with campaign briefs, ensuring brand consistency and consumer resonance.
  • Support the SVP and Senior Director with reviewing creative selects, styling, and assets at working forums.
  • Ensure channel and asset plans (developed with Channels) align to campaign objectives.
  • Deliver campaign toolkits (e.g. master asset lists, localisation guidelines, channel playbooks) to enable adoption across markets.

 

Campaign Delivery & Governance:

  • Manage timelines, approvals, and production partners to deliver campaigns on time and on budget.
  • Review and approve cluster requests for campaign deviations in alignment with the Senior Director.
  • Coordinate qualitative and quantitative testing (with consumer insights and marketing effectiveness) and embed insights into creative optimization.
  • Support campaign evaluation, reporting, and sharing of performance learnings.

 

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

  • Work closely with Brand Planning to ensure briefs reflect annual marketing guidance.
  • Partner cross-functionally with PR, Retail, CRM, E-com, Media, and Clusters to ensure 360° activation.
  • Manage agency partners in strategic development of creative assets.

 

People & Team:

  • Line manage 1x Manager and 1x specialist, coaching them in campaign delivery.
  • Contribute to a high-performance team culture balancing clarity, creativity, and care.
  • Support building a high performance team culture by driving increases in the ENPS score.

 

Success Measures:

  • High-quality, insight-driven campaign briefs delivered on time.
  • Global campaign adoption and consistent execution across 100+ markets.
  • Campaigns delivered on time, within budget, and against defined KPIs.
  • Positive feedback from clusters, cross-functional teams, and agency partners.
  • Development, engagement, and retention of direct reports.

 

Job Requirements:

  • 8–10 years’ experience in brand marketing, campaign management, or integrated communications in fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
  • Proven track record in briefing, developing, and delivering global campaigns across multiple channels and markets.
  • Strong skills in creative development, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience managing agencies and production partners.
  • Confident communicator with strong project management skills.
  • People management experience, desirable.
